How to log in to IONOS Webmail

There are two ways to access IONOS Webmail:

If you cannot log in, use the password reset option on the IONOS My Account page. Webmail passwords cannot be recovered directly from the webmail interface — they must be reset through the main IONOS account.

How to set up a new business email address

1. Log in to your IONOS account at ionos.com.
2. Go to Email & Office in the menu.
3. Click Add Email Account.
4. Enter the email address prefix (the part before the @), set a password, and choose the email plan.
5. Click Create Email Account to confirm.

The new address will be active within a few minutes and accessible through Webmail or any email client using IONOS’s IMAP settings.

Every IONOS hosting plan includes at least one basic email account. The basic plan provides 2 GB of storage per account. How to upgrade from basic to business email
